5. Payments & Billing

- Late payments may attract additional charges where legally applicable.
6. No Guaranteed Results
While we implement industry best practices and proven marketing strategies, Marketing Raja does not guarantee:
- Specific lead volume.
- Sales targets.
- Google rankings.
- Advertisement approvals.
- Business revenue growth.
- Social media follower increases.
Marketing performance depends on multiple external factors including market conditions, competition, budget allocation, consumer behavior, and platform algorithms.
7. Advertising Platforms
Marketing Raja is not responsible for actions taken by third-party advertising platforms including but not limited to:
- Facebook / Instagram (Meta)
- Google Ads
- LinkedIn Ads
- YouTube Ads
- WhatsApp Business
- Other advertising networks
Account restrictions, suspensions, ad disapprovals, policy violations, or platform changes remain outside our direct control.
8. Intellectual Property Rights
All strategies, campaign structures, reports, designs, creative concepts, frameworks, and proprietary processes developed by Marketing Raja remain the intellectual property of Marketing Raja unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Upon full payment, clients retain ownership of approved content specifically created for their brand.

Campaign performance may vary based on:

13. Limitation of Liability
Marketing Raja shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or business losses arising from:

14. Cancellation & Termination
Either party may terminate services by providing written notice as per the agreed contract terms.
